OUrHistory

Skyline Properties was founded by Ron Hennig and Pete Lance under the guiding principle that real estate brokers shouldn’t have to give up 50% or more of their paychecks to commission splits or franchise fees that are only spent on advertising the brokerage.

Instead, Skyline Properties brokers are empowered to use their income to market themselves, while still being part of a brokerage that offers the training, education, and support to stay at the top of their field.

Skyline Properties grew from two brokers in 1988 to over 60 brokers by the end of the year. By year three, that number was 200 and growth continued with the 1993 opening of a second branch in Seattle.

Today, Skyline Properties has five branch offices: Seattle, Bellevue, Bothell, Kent and Puyallup and is now the largest independent, non-franchised real estate company in Washington State.
